Problem :

Automotive company doesn't know her clients well, which were gained through her authorized dealers' sales

Solution :

A web-based CRM application has been custom-designed, developed and implemented for the company to be shared by the headquarters and the dealers. Client information (from TV channel prefences to car maintenance schedules) collected by the dealers during the sales process started to accumulate in a central database.

Result :

Now the dealer's clients are known better by the headquarters, detailed and up-to-date client data is more readily avaliable upon request and is backed-up safely; Products and services can now be customized to specific client profiles and maintenance schedules can be followed-up more closely.
